Antique Hair Accessory Inlaid Feather Hairpin Chinese Wu Lo Kingfisher Feathers Inlay

People first used copper/gilt metal to create a base of the hairpin. Then they placed the feather onto the surface. All those feathers were inlaid firmly. However, after so many years, there must be some losses. This intricate piece is beautifully formed featuring a winged design with moving antennae accented with glass beads. It is in very good condition with some losses as pictured. The majority of the feathers are still in place, really unbelievable for such rare, delicate and beautiful work. The length is approximately 3” or 3.5" with the antennae.
