This lovely set of Hull Art Pottery includes the Magnolia Matte Teapot and a matching sugar and creamer. The background is a light cream yellow shading to soft rose pink with green accents. The dainty soft colors of this pretty 3 piece American art pottery set are classic early Matte Hull. The sugar and creamer are in fine condition with no crazing chips or cracks. The teapot has a repaired lid as pictured. It does not show very much from the outside and would be ok until hopefully another intact lid is found. The teapot is fine with no crazing, chips or cracks. It also looks fine without the lid. It has a tiny factory flaw on the spout, not a chip. The Magnolia pattern dates 1946-1947. The teapot is marked on the base Hull Art U.S.A. W-23-6.5. The sugar is marked the same with number 23-31/2” and the creamer #24-3 ¾”. (denotes Measurements).
