Hull Art Pottery Leeds Glossy Pig Liquor Decanter Pitcher Bottle 1940s

This charming pitcher decanter is a Hull Leeds Liquor bottle. Hull made these decanters for Leeds between 1930-1944. The Leeds Pig bottles were airbrush decorated in high gloss pastels of blue and pink with flirty long black eye lashes typical of the Corky Pig Banks. This adorable flirty pig is in very good shape, no chips, cracks. It does have some typical minor crazing of the glaze as pictured. It is marked “Leeds USA”. It does not have the cork. It measures just under 8 inches tall. Reference: The Collectors Ultimate Encyclopedia of Hull Pottery by Brenda Roberts, Page 179 (ls-26)
