These were from an estate used as curtain tie backs. They could also be very old chandelier parts from a major huge chandelier, it is hard to say, but the hooks and the way they hang are appropriate for elaborate curtain tie backs. The cylinders are in a twist rope design with cut ends, the balls are all bevel cut. The wrought hardware attests to the age of these lovely strands. The size is really spectacular. They are all intact with the exception of one cylinder which has a break in the tube as pictured. These date mid to 3rd quarter 19th century and are really unique. Each tie measures 29, the beveled crystal balls are 1" in diameter, each cylinder just over 4". They have hooks on each end.
