: Meissen Style German Milk Cream Pitcher Hand Painted Circa 1890s

Dating Circa 1890-1810, the hand painted delicate, exquisite floral motif is in the Meissen style introduced in the 18th century first by the Royal Vienna Porcelain Factory and later adopted by Meissen. The rich yellow upper border features Rococo scrolls and petite posies with fine gold stenciling.

This extraordinary pitcher is simply marked "Germany" in script on the base. The other marks shown pictured on the base are kiln marks. This lovely Cream pitcher is in fine condition with no damage as pictured. The cream pitcher measures 4" high; 4.5" from spout to handle. A superb scarce porcelain charmer for your collection.
