Vintage Handmade in Belgium Beaded Purse

Here is a lovely handmade in Belgium vintage beaded purse. All beads are intact. The clasp works. The lining is of satin very little foxing to the lining. A label inside that states handmade in Belgium. I am unsure what the extra attachment is for because the purse appears to be a clutch. It measures 5 inches tall and 7.5 inches wide at the widest point.
