This offering is for a rare presentation of Solon Palmer's "American Carnation Pink." This scent was first launched in 1904. The type of box and materials used point toward the 1920's, but it could be earlier. The bottle is attractive and still has its original foil label and collar. The size is 4 ½" and is in excellent condition. There is an extremely tiny chip on the base (dowel) of the stopper, otherwise it is excellent. There are remnants of the scent which is still fragrant. The box is covered in a floral lilac colored fabric. It measures 2 ½" x 5 3/8" x 2". It is very good condition, considering its age, with some fading of the fabric. This perfumer was in business from 1870 to 1947 in New York City. The presentations, especially with their presentation boxes, are highly desirable. This offering is guaranteed to fully meet your expectations.
