Color Block Chiffon 1950's Party Dress * Fully Skirt, Back Streamers * S

Very full white chiffon skirt. Ruched bodice in white accented with light turquoise and Mediterranean blue chiffon. The blue chiffons are silk, the white may be a silk blend. The dress has straps that are created with gathered chiffon...they can be opened out and made into shawl type sleeves (see our pictures), or left as straps.

The skirt has the most lavish body to it. It is created with the chiffon, a layer of acetate lining, and a cotton petticoat that has a double flounce. It makes that posh rustling sound when you move about.

The entire dress is lined, zips in back with a metal zipper.

CONDITION: Excellent condition, presents beautifully and has been cleaned....there is some very subtle staining on straps towards edge (not a detraction), also there is a slightly lighter section on top of bodice on turquoise silk...LH side. We picture this. The acetate lining might need to be made shorter on sides. This can be adjusted best when you try it on. If nothing was done to the dress, is presents beautifully and just as you see it. There might be a few other very insignificant issues (tiny hole, or spot).
