Chic 1920s Art Deco Black Lace Top w / Butterfly Sleeves

The lace is definitely more of a deco pattern with its stylized floral.

The sleeves are fabulous with their Butterfly effect ruffles. The top or jacket has scalloped edging. The body is slightly flared...which shows in the back. It is not meant to meet in the center in front.
