This is an exceptional Circa 1890 antique example of Moser glass at its finest. This stunning cased glass vase is clear on the outside with a deep amethyst interior. It has an unusual and rare shape with four corners that curve inward creating four paneled sides. The entire vase is decorated with an intricate enameled beaded and gold leaf design. In the center of each side is set a colored jewel. There is a beautiful polished pontil on the base, please refer to photos. It stands 7 5/8 inches tall and 2 3/8 at the widest point. It is in excellent original condition. Moser was known as the King Of Glass and the Glass Of Kings. This exceptional example shows the true craftsmanship of that Era.
