Vintage Small Linen Square with Drawn Work & Hand Silk Embroidery
What a nicely detailed little handmade linen! It is a small square piece to be used as a doily, tray cloth or simple decoration. It could also be added as the centerpiece on a pillow.
This piece has wonderful drawn work and a silk embroidered basket with flowers and bow in the center. The colors used are cream or very pale yellow, pale moss green and a pinkish tan.
The linen square measures approximately 8-3/4" on each side. It is in very good condition with some embroidery thread loss in the basket area.
