18 Kt. White Gold, Diamond and Synthetic Sapphire Art Deco Ring - Circa 1925

This Deco ring has a lot of design work through out it's decor top. It contains a some what leaf like pattern around it's edge and down the upper portion of the shank. The pattern is comprised of indent lines of nice depth giving it a fairly well defined surface. Across the decor top are hand cut out open work patterns as well as some mil-grained rims. The top and bottom of the decor is accented with a total of 6 small diamonds approx. 2 pts. each and the two sides each have a small triangular cut deep blue synthetic sapphire. In the center is a square design containing a prong mounted approx. 15 to 18 pt. diamond. The 7 diamonds weigh an approx. total of 1/4 ct and have a nice sparkle.

The gold is in excellent condition with no rips, dents, un-patterned holes or repairs. The synthetic sapphires are collar mounted and the diamonds are prong mounted. All of the stones are well seated and look original to the ring.

The interior of the ring contains marks of an "M" makers mark and a "18K for gold content. The ring measures an approx. 7 on my size pole and the decor top of the ring measures approx 5/8" tall. A great Art Deco ring suitable for every day wear.
