A vintage fine cultured and fresh water pearl necklace,hand knotted with 151 cultured pearls and 92 fresh water white pearls, finished with a 18 Kt. yellow gold two hook style clasp. Both the fresh water and cultured pearls have a good luster , with a white body colour and rose and silver overtone. The carat weight of all the pearls is : 2.43 Pearls This necklace is beautifully made . All the pearls are a good match in tone and cut. The clasp has been acid tested by a certified gemologist . There are no gold marks on it, but it tests as 18 Kt. It is a high quality clasp,very easy to use and it stays neatly in place. The total necklace weight is 70.90 grams.
