This piece was originally inspired by Tara Frey, (author/magazine editor/blogger). She asked me if I could make a gold sideways cross similar to the one that Kelly Ripa and Taylor Jacobson wears, (Rachel Zoe Project),because she couldn't find one anywhere. So... I present to you my handcrafted, copyrighted version.

Handcrafting this 14K SOLID GOLD horizontal cross was a time consuming, multi-step process, but I'm so happy with the results. Once I forged it, drilled the holes, sanded and polished it to a shiny finish, I attached it to a 14K Gold chain. I set this beautiful cross slightly off center, added a piece of 1" chain, then added the very sparkly Cubic Zirconia that is channel set in 14K Gold. The cross measures 12 x 17mm, and the diameter of the bezel measures 4mm. The chain does shift to the side naturally, and this looks really cool too. The chain, including the cross, is 16 1/2" from end to end. It has a 14K Gold spring clasp, and a 'Theresa Mink' Quality Assurance signature tag attached.
