Offering an early 1900's real photo postcard. This was taken in the US (Minnesota) to send back to family still behind in Sweden or Norway.
Because of its climate, Minnesota received a great deal of immigration from northern Europe, particularly in the late 1800's and early 1900's. The immigrants were poor and lived in coal heated tenements. You can see a crack in the wall by the taller boy.
This real photo postcard is a touching picture of four children, in their Sunday best. A remembrance to send back home, so everyone would know how well they were doing.
This RPPC measures 3 ¼ " X 5 1/2".
Excellent condition, no tears just light age soiling. Back is unused.
My photos and postcards are all originals to the time, not reproductions.
