Vintage Italian Hand Colored Print Pinelli Fece 1809 Roma, Costumi di Nettuno
This is signed in the print; Pinelli Fece 1809 Roma, and has a number 31 in the corner. It is called; Costumi di Nettuno.
Bartolomeo Pinelli (1781-1835) was famous for his depictions of the people of Rome. The print on heavy cream paper is professionally framed and matted and is under glass. My aunt lived in Italy and this is from her estate.
The whole piece with frame measures 15" X 19.
I have five of these prints by Bartolomeo Pinelli featuring the traditional dress of different regions of Italy. They are listed separately. If you would like the entire set, the shipping will be combined.
