Offering a wonderful, framed, department store counter display, dated January 1930 and signed by the artist.
This was the original drawing for what I think was a perfume called; In the Shadow of the Taj Mahal. The name of the artist is not clear and I am guessing when I say the last name looks like; Jacobsen.
The sensuous picture is marked by her with a number 2 which may mean the artist presented two versions. The actual picture measures 10" X 15" and was laid out very nicely on a matching blue mat, laid under glass and wood framed. The finished work measures 15 1/2" X 20 1/2" and the medium appears to be heavy ink pen with water colors.
This original artwork is in excellent condition and professionally framed. No damage.
