Bristol Silver by Poole Footed Sauce Pitcher with Ebony Handle
This elegant sauce pitcher was made by Poole Silver Corp. of Taunton, MA. It is marked on the bottom Bristol silver by Poole style #48. Poole was founded in 1893. The silver company Towle bought Poole in 1971. Standing on 4 legs the pitcher also has an ebony side pour handle. It could easily be used as a creamer with a tea set.
DIMENSIONS: 8 3/8" long max x 5 ¼" including the pour spout wide x 2 ¾" tall
CONDITION: I have polished it but must say I do not have my zen moments polishing silver so it could use a bit more. There are some light stains on the interior.
