Silver Plate Brite Cut Artist Pallet Shaped Victorian Picture Frame

This frame is one of my favorite finds of this past summer. The frame is silver plate. There is one mark on the back B.O. The picture opening is done in the shape of an artist's easel. The outer edge has a higher molded floral relief pattern. The inner surface is brite cut, leaves and flowers. I love this frame and am delighted to have found it and offered it a second life.. with you!

DIMENSIONS: 8 1/2" long max x 5 ½" tall max

CONDITION: The frame itself is in excellent condition. At some point in its life the original back was lost. I have paired it with a new easel back. I looked for literally months for an old frame with a good easel back side and a front that was gone. That was a futile search so I settled on an easel back from a newer frame. For me I would rather have a new back on this terrific frame and be able to use it than have it stashed away in a trunk or worse yet thrown away for lack of an old back.
