1930's Hard Plastic Clear Chain Necklace with Sea Shells
This vintage 1930s hard plastic and sea shell necklace measures 17" long. The closure reminds me of the plastic rings that knitters use to help when making a pattern. The shells have a soft lavender hue to them.
