Aesthetic Movement Black & White Turkey Platter

This huge Aesthetic Movement platter is large enough it will easily hold a turkey! Made by Thomas Elsmore & Son in Tunstall. According to Goddens (the Bible of British marks) the use of the word England in the mark dates before 1871. The name of the pattern is Parisian Granite. The pattern includes a fan,many butterflies mosquitoes,bamboo,flowers,ferns,a lovely Oriental vase and screen with a "lion," pretty much has all the things you want to see in an Aesthetic movement piece. The platter is a charcoal black in color. I also have a matching tea tile listed in this pattern and color. Please note the picture of them together.

DIMENSIONS: platter measures 20.5" x 15" The well of the platter is 16" x 11"

CONDITION: The platter is in remarkable condition. No staining, chips, cracks, crazing, on a scale of 1 to 10 it's a 9.5!
