These beautiful concho clip earrings were originally purchased in New Mexico at least 50 years ago and are handcrafted Navajo silver with a center bezel set turquoise stone and tribal etchings. They are very thick and sturdy, with a warm vintage patina. They are slightly concave for a nice fit, and are 1 and 3/16 (almost 1 and 1/4) of an inch long and 13/16 (almost 3/4) of an inch across. These are unmarked except for the earring clip itself, marked pat. 196432, dating them to the 1950's. No markings is typical on many older pieces, however, it has been tested and is guaranteed to be at least 800 silver. They polish up nicely and are really pretty. Very gracefully crafted, these are a marvelous pair of southwest earrings made to last.
Please note that I do not polish vintage silver unless you request that I do so--I will gladly shine it up with a polishing cloth if you wish if you let me know.
