Antique Pink Guilloche Enamel Belt Buckle Hallmarked German Silver

A stunning pink guilloche enamel belt buckle. The curved oval vermeiled silver belt buckle is decorated with a pink guilloche ribbon of overlapping leaves bordered by two strips of white enamel.

The buckle measures 3 inches by 2 1/4 inches.

The buckle is an all in one design with one fixed bar onto which is attached the belt end. The other bar is raised and this allows the wearer to pull through the other end of the belt and to tighten it.

The enamel is in pristine condition. There are no chips or cracks.

The silver is marked with the German silver hallmarks and the makers mark of C.A.S. The German hallmark of the crescent moon and crown was instigated in 1888.
