It securely latches with a fold-over style clasp. The Swarovski swan logo is stamped on the back near the clasp and the Swarovski name is incised on the reverse side of the clasp. Exhibiting the qualities of a high end piece, each link is connected strongly. It also carries a heavy, substantial weight, weighing 55 grams.

More stunning in person than the pictures can capture for all of the awesome sparkle, this is a wonderful, collectible necklace to enjoy and wear for your special evening out. It is in excellent condition, vintage or not, ca. 1980's.
