This sepia-toned postcard of Seattle's public library is postmarked 1913 and carries a one-cent Franklin stamp.
It is in good condition, fairly crisp corners, though postally cancelled twice on the back and once on the front (barely visible near the standing man). It was published by Edward H. Mitchell of San Francisco and is number 1084 in his line.
It measures 5.5" by 3.5".
