1917 Hand-Colored Real Photo Postcard Tacoma Pacific Ave, Coca-Cola
That was painted across a Pacific Ave. building in Tacoma, Washington, when this real photo was taken. Below it streetcars share the street with horse drawn carriages and early automobiles.
The front reads: "Pacific Ave., One of Tacoma's Busy Streets." The maker of the card is not stated. Size: 3 1/2" by 5 3/8".
The card is postmarked Mar. 8, 1917, sent to Wenatchee, Wash.from a writer who informs, "The finger is getting along fine."
The card carries a 1¢ George Washington stamp and is in good condition with fairly crisp corners.
