Small Bedroom Lamp With Cut-out Shade

Fashioned to remind us of the old candle holders, here's a really cute vintage lamp with a floral cut-out shade. Colored paper behind the shade liner actually features a muted pink and green floral arrangement that can be seen in color only when the lamp is lighted or you can see it from inside the shade. Brass base is lacquered brass which never needs polishing.

Original paper label under the green felt bottom is marked "Made in India." With a low-watt bulb can be used as an overnight light in the hall or bedroom. Handy switch is on the cord. Small socket requires a narrow based bulb. Shade is 4-1/8 inch tall; diameter across the bottom is 5-inches. Overall with the shade lamp is 9-1/2 inches tall. Gold-colored cord is 7-1/2 feet. Bulb not included. Circa 1970's.
