Antique German brown bisque child doll A.M. 1894 DEP 11"

She has a perfect bisque head with chips cracks or hairlines. The head is incised 1894 AM 5/0 DEP Made in Ge .... ( the word Germany is not completely legible). She has dark brown glass stationary eyes with single stroke eyebrows and painted upper and lower lashes. She has a skip in the paint at the center of the left eyebrow - it looks like a circle dot of paint smudged. And a rub on her nose. Her mouth is open with 4 tiny upper teeth. Her original wig looks like black lamb's wool - it is partially detached from the head and has an attached pate.

Her body has surface scrapes in the wood of the forearms and the right knee socket has been reglued as is common with these bodies.

She wears all antique clothing including her jersey tee-shirt, cotton drawers and petticoat and a pale yellow dress with black embroidery with pink and blue dots. Her long stockings and black boots were hand made for her by a previous owner.
