Bisque socket head on a fully jointed original Handwerck composition and wood body. Huge Blue sleep eyes with painted upper and lower lashes, molded and feathered brows, open mouth with four upper teeth, dimpled chin, pierced ears, lovely blond mohair wig extensions. Dressed in a very nice l antique white cotton dress with delicate lace and embroidery trim and large antique blue silk sash and bow, antique white cotton chemise and with rows of tucks at the skirt and ruffled net antique bonnet with blue velvet ribbon, long white stockings and antique black leather single strap shoes.

CONDITION: Excellent. Fine quality, perfect bisque with expert and delicate painting of features, gentle color and crisp modeling of attractive child's face with large eyes and a distinctive overbite. A small scattering of specks at the bridge of the nose and a slight rub to the lower right cheek and a mold flaw at the left neck under the chin. The original, chunky body with fine original finish and in excellent condition with original hands (one baby finger re-glued) and minor and typical age wear.
