Bisque socket head on a fully jointed French body with jointed wrists. Beautiful large blue almond cut paperweight eyes with painted upper and lower lashes, multi stroke stacked brows with mauve eye-shadow, open mouth with teeth, pierced ears with antique coral glass bead earrings, dimpled chin, lovely blond mohair wig. Wearing a beautiful antique white and red striped cotton dress with fabulous lace overlay skirt having openwork floral design, shirred ecru silk banding, lace trim, cream silk sash with bow at the waist, cream cotton matching lace edged underwear, antique cream socks and antique cream leather shoes incised on the sole with the a child's imprinted form and a paper label reading Galleries LaFayette (The other sole is replaced), silk antique bonnet with ruffled silk and multi ruffled of lace (some age staining).




CONDITION: Excellent. The lovely head with flawless, fine quality super pale bisque, pleasant paler cheek blush, expert painting of exquisite, delicate features, crisp modeling of the most beautiful angelic face with a slightly smiling mouth. The original body in good original finish condition but with typical age wear at the joints and some retouch to the fingers which is typical. Her face takes my breath away! She is by far one of the nicest EDEN BEBEs I have ever owned! Don't let this be the one that got away!
