Schutz-Mark German Celluloid Doll Head for Project

This celluloid doll head measures nearly 7" tall. The shoulderplate measures 4 5/8 across the shoulder and 3" front to back. As you can see, there are bits missing, mainly from the bottom of the shoulderplate. The sleep eyes have come loose from their rocker mechanism, but it appears that they could be glued back in place and would work fine. The original plaster which holds the eyes in place is intact. It's marked on the back with the turtle mark and size number 15.

The head is really nicely detailed with raised, feathered brows, painted lower lashes, molded teeth and nicely formed and painted lips. The celluloid is brittle and needs some light cleaning.

This pretty little head is being sold as is, as a project for someone to restore. Please let me know if you need any other information.
