Antique German Bisque Bust of Gentleman w/Feathered Hat

This bust is marked on the back with the impressed number 174. There is also some sort of marking impressed inside the base, but I'm unable to make it out.

He's beautifully painted with deep blue intaglio eyes, blonde hair, mustache and goatee. His hat and costume are very detailed with variations of pink and gold and enameled white accents.

He stands 9" tall to the tip of the feather. There are no cracks, chips, or other imperfections on the piece. He makes a wonderful accent piece and displays well with antique dolls.
