20" Franz Schmidt 1295 "Breather" on Toddler Body

She is dressed in her original pink organdy dress with underslip and onesie. These garments are in fabulous, original condition. Her shoes and socks are original as well. She also wears a tiny little 'pearl' necklace. Her wig is also her original wig and is very thick and full. Her pate is glued to the inside of the wig. You can also see old glue residue around the head. The little pink slip is sewn closed in the back so I am unable to completely take her clothing off, but I have checked out the front and back of the body through the clothing and it is in wonderful condition. She's well strung and holds a pose very nicely.

She is in wonderful, original condition. There are no cracks, chips or hairlines to the bisque head and the body is really pristine. The only flaw I see is that there appears to be a crack in the wax that holds the eye to the eye rocker. It is not loose and the eye is secure, so it appears to be a surface crack. Her eyes open and close easily. In addition, there appears to be a tiny eye flake to the left eye in the outer corner. You can see it in the photo closeups, but it is really difficult to see in person without magnification.

She's a wonderful little character toddler and not frequently found in this wonderful, original condition. I'll be happy to provide additional photos on request.
