Antique Martial Redon biscuit/cracker jar in hand painted Limoges porcelain

Standing seven inches to the finial height, this ivory bisque-glazed lidded jar is in a wonderful antique mold by the french factory M R (Martial Redon). The biscuit jar is in superior condition and has been pampered over the past century. The varying shades of yellow and green fleurs sit amongst the undulating draping-effect folds of this particular mold, and finished off with gold decorations. The gold finial tops off this outstanding treasure, and is 5.5 inches in width and has a 17 inch circumference.
