Starting with the 4th War Bond 2 kinds of certificates have been issued each year: the actual war bond and the treasury bond, like this one. Alfred Rudolf Junk, a famous Art Nouveau artist was the designer for the 4th war bond and this treasury bond (Schatzschein). Fine condition. (9,6 x 15,2 inches)
