Issued to a certain Mr. Stanley C. Tyler, signed by the president of the company F. A. Brooks.

Incorporated in 1835, the railroad ran from Lowell to Nashua NH. It leased the Stony Brook Railroad and the Wilton and Peterborough lines when it opened in 1848.

10,8 x 7,5 inches. Neat writing, stubs attached. Very fine condition.
