Gottfried Helnwein Autograph on nice Postcard. CoA

Gottfried Helnwein: Black Out, 1982. Fascinating Artist’s postcard of this outstanding watercolour, which original measures 17 x 16 inches. This postcard is 4.5 in. x 6 in. The image shows the painter with a bandaged head. This watercolour was used for the record cover of the band Scorpions.

Hand signed. The Autograph comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.

Helnwein is one of the most the famous Austrian artists.

Known are his exhibition and performance with Marilyn Manson at the Volksbühne Berlin.

Some images from co-productions of Marilyn Manson and Helnwein are being used for Mansons Albums, videos and the stage.

Helnwein created an image for an imaginary Manson-album-cover for The Greatest Album Covers that never were at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, Cleveland.

He participated group shows at the Ludwig Múzeum Budapest – Kortárs Mûvészeti Múzeum, Az Essl Gyûjtemény, at the Pittsburg Museum of Art, The Carnegy - Mellon Foundation, Contemporary Arts Center New Orleans, the Regina Miller Gouger Gallery, Carnegie Mellon University, the University of Arizona Museum of Art, .

Since 2002 Helnwein runs a studio in downtown Los Angeles.
