Vintage Denmark Sterling Eiler & Marloe Brooch Pin

This elegant old brooch is by Danish silversmiths Eiler & Marloe, active in Copenhagen from 1920 - 1967. The brooch is one of their earlier designs, and represents a stylized, elongated pair of leaves and berries in a rectangular frame reminiscent of the work of Arno Malinowski.

Measuring 1 5/8" by 1 3/16", the brooch is in excellent condition, with its beautiful patina intact. The back has a simple c-clasp and is signed "E&M Sterling Denmark 201." The style is very much in the Arts & Crafts tradition.
