Art Deco French Ivory Love Birds on Branch Brooch

Beautiful Deco pin made with heaps of sentiment, two chattering Love Birds sitting high up on the branch of a tree within a heart, a real Sweetheart Brooch. The cut work French ivory / celluloid birds, tree and buds is in excellent condition, nothing broken off at all, the detail of the birds is super, you can see their little feathers and eyes, the wings are 3D, one set slightly behind the other, the tree and other parts are also nicely detailed, the color is of the celluloid is deep winter white. The gold tone heart surround is in very good condition, the frame is rose gold colored and the rope detail around the edge is yellow gold colored, the heart stands proud from the rope border and there is an efficient trombone clasp at the back. The brooch would be a very loving gift for someone special, partner or friend, it's an unusual shape for this type of fretwork brooch from France, I haven't seen Lovebirds within a heart before. The brooch measures 1 3/8 across x 1 3/8 down.
