Early Brown Striped Wool Homespun Blanket/Coverlet

Wonderful early wool homespun blanket in cream with brown stripes from 19th century. . .made up of a herringbone or twill weave, it has a center seam where the 2 25.5" widths were joined. Blanket measures about 51" wide x 69" long. Top and bottom hems are hand stitched in the blanket stitch with a pink twist contained there in, as is often seen in the early blankets. I consider this blanket to be in Excellent condition with no significant flaws to report. Found in upstate NY. **Please see my other wool blankets for Fall/Winter.
