You are viewing a charming English character teapot made by the Beswick Pottery Co. The character depicted is Peggotty from a Charles Dickens novel.The teapot measures 6" high by 8" spout end to end of handle. This is an early 1940's edition. The teapot has no chips, cracks or repairs. It has some crazing in the inside due to use and age.
