Two Darling Barefoot Boys Perhaps Brothers Wearing White Kippah(Skullcap) Cabinet Card
The younger boy has on a long dress with large collar, making me think this is from the very early 1900's or earlier. The older one has on a Victorian style shirt with collar, and pants that come to the knee. He almost looks like there's going to be a smile, as he props one leg on the stool where his brother is sitting, and leans towards him. They are just a darling pair, and if you love old cabinet cards, you will want to add this one to your collection.
The photographer's studio name is written in cursive at the lower right, and it looks like "Godding." Any glare you may see is due to plastic that has been covering this great photo to keep it clean for you. There's a little corner wear, but the photo itself, which is inside an oval cutout mat, is just perfect! This is a larger cabinet card, measuring 8" x 6 1/4". You won't be disappointed.
