Set of 3 Pieces of Tootsie Toy Furniture: 2 Club Chairs & Side or Coffee Table

There are two club chairs which would very much be seen in today's homes...only thing is I don't have an ottoman for them, but perhaps you do. Both of these are primitive looking with their "chippy" paint. One is red, and the other is black and white/cream, almost resembling an animal print, but actually it's just crackled. These are made to look like they are upholstered with pillows, but actually its just the quilted design in the seat that gives them this look.

The third piece is sort of a tressle table, with extra support in the middle. All it needs is some stretchers on the sides to give it a more New England look, but this is darling. It is red crackled paint over black, and the legs are black. This piece is actually just about perfect.

The great thing about using these together is that they are such a good mix of antique furniture that is more finished, along with some Primitives. If you have been to any shows or Primitive shops lately, you know you pay big prices for some that has paint begging to come off, so this is no different. :)

If you love to play dolls, or you have someone at your house who does, this is the perfect sturdy dollhouse furniture you have been looking for. And if you happened to see Antiques Roadshow a few weeks ago when a lady brought in her dollhouse full of Tootsie toys she had as a young girl, you know it's not knockoff prices. Of course, she had the full deal meal, but this is a good start to your collection! I don't think you'll be disappointed.
