1946 Edition of Grosset & Dunlap, Inc. Nancy Drew and The Mystery of the Tolling Bell

I didn't realize that the older editions of these Nancy Drew Mysteries sometimes had the colorful hardback coverings, but this one is an oldie for sure, from 1946. This is The Mystery of the Tolling Bell, and it is number 23 in the mystery series. Carolyn Keene is a given name for the author who also wrote The Dana Girls Mysteries and other series. This was published by Grosset and Dunlap and is in great shape. There is very little wear to the cover or pages as well. I love the blue and white pictures on the front and back inside covers. You will love collecting these old mysteries, and perhaps No. 23 in the series is all you lack to complete your collection! This one belongs to my sister, but I also have some with the blue hardback covers that are earlier ones as well.
