JUST IN TIME FOR EASTER:Wonderful Vintage Steiff Bunny Rabbit With Original Tag and Button in Ear!

I remember being in Germany close to the birth of my niece who is now in her twenties, and buying an original Steiff lamb for a keepsake for her...Of course, she still has this little stuffed animal, and my guess is she will save it for her own babies.

This listing is for an adorable Original Steiff bunny rabbit, and what a great gift this would make for some baby close to the Easter holiday celebration! This bunny has two or three shades of color, from an almost creamy flesh colored tan(how's that for color description), to a a deeper beige, and then even darker taupe like color on the edges of his ears and top of his head and nose. Even his feet have the deeper color to give him more interest. These sweet little beady eyes and whiskers...who could resist him?! He also retains his Peter Cotton tail and has a similar white poof just under his red ribbon in the front.

This darling stil has his "Original Steiff" tag in red and yellow, which according to what I read online, is from the 1972 era. He also has the Steiff button and tag in his ear, stating he was made in Germany.

This wonderful vintage Steiff bunny has no odors...no signs of smoke smell...and he has no rips or tears. I bought him from an antique dealer from Madisonville, KY, who most likely found him in an estate there. You won't be disappointed! He's app. 8 1/2" tall and 7 1/2" wide from ear tip to ear tip.
