Two baby wells, outlined in gold, along with several tiny wells

Gorgeous decor includes deep green ribbons on a highly glazed light green ground

Note the 'turkey' form at the top of the plate

The German maker, C Tielsch, was known for his fancy and elaborate decor and this one is no exception!
