Purple & Green Glass Bead Sautoir Necklace ~ Suffragette Colors

This wonderful purple and green glass bead necklace has a Roaring 20s flapper look to it, though purple and green were colors associated with the Suffragette Movement so this may have been made even earlier. Tiny purple glass seed beads are interspersed with faceted rounds and smooth ellipticals, with necklace ending in fringed strands of seed beads. Strung on thread and secured with a brass push-in clasp. Wearable length is 24" with an additional 3" drop. The larger green beads have normal internal bubbles, as well as small exterior fleabites and scratches from age and use. One long bead has a palpable ridge or imperfection which appears to be from manufacturing.
