c1900 Turkman Tekke Bokara Hand Knotted Rug 3' 5" x 3' 8"
This hand knotted rug was woven by the Turkman Tekke tribe around 1900/1910. It's a good example of the type and and is in very good usable condition. This piece has beautiful colors and exhibits a classic pattern of connected rounded octagons. It is also a special size, the squarish size of 3' 5" x 3' 8" is hard to find and rare for the type.
