Rare vintage watch presentation box figural large pirate gun Monte Cristo

Rare wintage watch presentation jewelry display box figural large pirate gun Monte Cristo. Welcome to my shop. This presentation watch box is one of several celluloid hard plastic ivorine boxes that are in my shop. They are from my collection. I have never come across another like this one. The style of the watch was Monte Cristo, however, the maker's name looks to be Krisler. The stamped gilded name of the maker is too faded to read. Please use the Ruby Lane enlarge photo option to see this wonderful item. Pull the trigger, the lid opens. To close the lid, pull the trigger back and gently snap it over the metal prong. 10 inches long, 5 inches tall. Not as early as the other celluloid boxes I have in my shop, although the material used looks like celluloid, it is a later plastic, circa 1940's. The end of the barrel is slightly warped, however, does not detract. A little age spoil on the edged of the inside lid as shown, but, over all, this outstanding fragile item is in amazing condition, ready to display.
