Elegant Russian 14K Rose and White Gold Cultured Pearl Ring
The ring was made in Soviet Russia and it is really lovely quality. The head is 14K white gold, and also round like the pearl. The surface of the gold contains wonderful texturing that looks like hand-hammering. The effect is a terrific sparkle that mimics diamonds.
Set right in the centre, the pearl rises up approx. 4 mm from its white gold mount. Head of the ring measures 1 cm across. The back of the ring and the band, meanwhile, make a lovely match with the white gold mount in 14K rose gold.
The ring is currently size 7, and it can be re-sized to fit. Weight: 4.1 grams.
No problems that I can see, just the slightest signs of wear. As is typical with Russian hallmarking, the stamps are on the back of the band on the outside rather than inside. The hammer and sickle mark is there, along with "583"-- the Russian mark for 14K gold. Maker's mark pressent.
